Responsibilities
1. Team & Human Resources Management
Supervise and manage a team of approximately 3–4 staff across HR, Administration, IT, and Safety to ensure efficient operations
Plan, recruit, and select employees in alignment with the company’s structure and manpower requirements
Prepare and monitor performance reports, including analyzing employee attendance, leave, and lateness records
Oversee employee performance management, time management, compensation, and benefits
Develop performance appraisal systems, as well as manage employee development and training programs
Maintain good employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive working environment
2. General Administration & IT Management
Oversee all administrative functions within the factory and office to ensure organization and operational readiness
Manage and supervise the employee canteen to ensure hygiene standards and quality service
Supervise IT staff to ensure all systems, networks, and computer equipment are fully functional and reliable
3. Safety, Legal & Expatriate Management
Manage workplace safety by supervising Safety Officers to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Handle and oversee work permits and visa applications/renewals for expatriate executives and staff
4. Executive Support & Special Management Tasks
Ensure smooth operations and provide facilitation when executives from headquarters, branches, or clients visit the factory
Manage travel arrangements and hospitality, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and meal arrangements for executives and teams
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2. Proficient in Chinese communication
3. Able to drive
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment
5. Knowledge of labor laws
