Responsibilities
Manage daily legal affairs, including contract drafting, review, and risk control
Review and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and business partners
Provide legal support and compliance advice for company operations, especially in a manufacturing/factory environment
Handle labor law-related matters and employee relations issues
Assist in handling disputes, arbitration, and litigation cases
Monitor updates in local laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
Assist in conducting internal legal training to enhance employees’ legal awareness
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor and provide legal support to various departments as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or related field
- Minimum 1 years of relevant legal experience
- Manufacturing/factory experience is required
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is a must
- Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, and corporate law
- Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independen
