Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including cleaning, maintenance, internet, utilities, and office facilities.
- Oversee office supplies, pantry items, equipment, and company assets, ensuring proper availability and record-keeping.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for invoices, receipts, contracts, licenses, and legal documents.
- Coordinate corporate filings, business licenses, visas, and work permit renewals with government authorities and external consultants.
- Support internal meetings, team activities, office celebrations, travel arrangements, transport, and courier services.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to business functions, including Marketing and Operations.
- Support the CEO with special projects and other business priorities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in Office Administration or a similar operational support role. (fresh graduate is welcome)
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and office environment improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in the filing and tracking of sensitive business documentation.
- Professional fluency in Thai and a good command of English for coordination and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced SME environment.
