Investor Relations Manager - บริษัท โฮม โปรดักส์ เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Job Role and Responsibility:

- Manage stakeholder relationships with a diverse group of investors (retail and institutional, domestic and international), analysts, and fund managers to ensure clear communication and maintain trust.

- Organize and facilitate investor sessions, including virtual meetings and in-person site visits to company stores.

- Participate in roadshow events and conferences in Thailand and overseas, collaborating with leading securities firms to expand the company's investor base.

- Present company performance and strategic outlook as a key speaker at investor meetings, covering business background, financial results, and future business plans to drive investment interest.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of company and peer performance by assessing key financial numbers and ratios.

- Prepare essential regulatory filings for the SET ,SEC and international ESG Standard (Analyst Meeting, Annual General Meeting, DJSI, MSCI, FTSE, and Etc.)

- Prepare and develop Financial Feasibility of assigned project (IRR, NPV).

- Responsible for the Investor Relations website and company data dashboard (Power BI), including ongoing updates, content editing, and continuous improvement.

Job Specification:         

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Communication, or a related field.

- Good communication in both Thai and English (Fluent in English).

- Be able to analysis financial statement and financial modeling.

- Have experience in investor Relation field is preferred.

- Understand SET ,SEC regulations and ESG Standards.
