Responsibilities
Management:
- Understand business structure, revenue structure, organization structure, culture, vision, mission, working organization structure, culture, vision, mission, working process, financial process, professional practice, and KPI
- Manage all marketing communication efforts on behalf of the owner and coordinate the development of all marketing communication recommendations to the department.
- Professionally and accurately update management with reports, review, and correspondence on all decision made and agreements.
Project owner:
- Collaborate with a project owner in managing the working timetable, working team and budget.
- Preparing the brief and relevant useful information for the team
- Contribute to the working team as a brand and category expert with insightful target’s information.
- Prepare and arrange the selling presentation to head of department.
- Successfully control the budget to the department prior to any production work.
- Take full responsibility in leading and accomplishing project.
Qualifications
- Creatively driven and always keen to explore new routes to market with retail business (online and offline)
- Excellent understanding of marketing / agency / creative / production processes
- Experience as marketing communication of a mid- level with at least 5 - 8 years of marketing communication or agency
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active and organized with particular attention to detail.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- The ability to work in a team.
