Position Summary: Define and drive the organization’s Omnichannel & Digital Commerce strategy in the retail business, with a focus on online revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and connecting online–offline channels (O2O). Lead the E-Commerce team across Marketplace, Website/App, Digital Marketing, CRM, and Operations.
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Business Growth
• Define and drive enterprise-level E-Commerce strategies (short-term & long-term)
• Plan online sales (sales forecast / revenue targets)
• Expand sales channels such as Website, Mobile App, and Marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok )
• Develop new business models such as Click & Collect, Marketplace expansion, and cross-border
2. Omnichannel Experience
• Design customer journeys that integrate online & offline channels
• Collaborate with Store Operations / Supply Chain teams to improve E-Commerce efficiency
3. Digital Marketing & Traffic Growth
• Oversee digital performance (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Commerce)
• Manage media budget and ROAS / CAC
• Develop conversion funnels (Traffic → Conversion → Retention)
4. E-Commerce Platform Management
• Manage Website/App UX/UI in alignment with conversion optimization
• Oversee product content, pricing, and promotion strategies
• Develop personalization and recommendation engines
• Manage marketplace stores
• Develop promotion strategies in collaboration with platforms
• GMV / Conversion Rate / AOV / Traffic
• Customer acquisition / retention
• Optimize campaigns and customer experience
5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead the E-Commerce team (Marketing / Content / Operations / Merchandising / Developers)
