• Document detailed operation process specifications for interpretation and use by direct labor operations and their supervisors.

• Establishing and documenting Process FMEA, Control Plans, Total Control Methodology (TCM), statistical process controls and inspection techniques of respective processes.

• Characterizing processes and developing specific action plans for continuous improvement in critical processes that has not demonstrated the stability and acceptable capability.

• Initiate investigation and define corrective actions deemed necessary to address internal quality and customer incidents.

• Perform data analysis and trouble shooting.

• Responsible for setting up and optimize new manufacturing lines.

• Equipment installation, maintenance and buy off.

• Coordinate with relevant parties to qualify new product/ process/ equipment.

• Train and supervise junior engineer or technicians.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Microelectronics, Electronics, Materials, Chemistry, and Related fields.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Semiconductor (IC) Die attach, Wire bond, Chemical process or Electronic Manufacturing is preferable.

• Experience in the same process steps (such as Saw, Die Bonding (DB), Wire Bonding (WB), Molding, Singulation, Plating (TP), Trim & Form (T&F), Final Test, etc.) is preferred; candidates with experience in similar positions will be given priority.

• Priority will be given to those who have led or participated in projects aimed at enhancing or improving process capabilities.

• Experience in Basic programing skill for equipment, Basic electrical skill for reading and design schematic.

• Computer software (Office), Problem analysis and solving skill, Schematic analysis skill.

• Good command of written and spoken English for coordinate with oversea supplier.
