1. Edit equipment standard operation documents, collect waste products in kind or establish 3D models of waste products, and edit training materials on product operation, quality awareness, safety, etc.

2. Analyze training needs, formulate relevant training plans, train operators to correctly operate machines, correctly recognize defective products, master production knowledge such as standard operating procedures, and implement relevant assessments.

3. Track the work status of newly hired operators, provide data for improving training methods and management methods, analyze operator operation failures, provide on-site guidance to operators to correctly execute standard operation documents, and promote relevant improvements.

4. Formulate 5S standards to guide on-site 5S management and ESD protection management.

5. Identify key points in the operation process, prepare an observation plan and implement observation; identify high-risk points in the manufacturing process, prepare an LPA plan and audit documents, and organize and implement audits.
