QA Engineer/วิศวกรควบคุมคุณภาพ - บริษัท ออปโตไวด์ เทคโนโลยี (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing quality engineering functions aimed at improving product excellence and reducing costs. Your focus will be on ensuring quality conformance, minimizing scrap and rework, managing supplier quality, and serving as a key interface for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle customer complaints, manage returns/exchanges, and provide comprehensive after-sales service support.

• Process Control: Monitor process capabilities (SPC, R&R), handle quality anomalies, and develop rigorous product testing standards.

• Supplier & Incoming Quality: Evaluate and guide supplier quality performance; manage incoming inspections and equipment calibration.

• Data Analysis: Statistically analyze product yields and use the Seven QC Tools to drive continuous improvement.

• Laboratory Management: Oversee reliability laboratory testing and perform in-depth failure analysis.

• Compliance & Safety: Implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards, ensuring all departmental activities comply with relevant laws and pollution prevention protocols.

• Documentation: Standardize quality management processes and technical reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Optics, Mechanical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), process control, and failure analysis.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in SPC, R&R, and the Seven QC Tools. Familiarity with ISO standards (Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety).

• Soft Skills: Strong management potential, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

• Language: Good command of English (both speaking and writing).

• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
