Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, revise, and provide comments on contracts, notices, letters, and other legal documents for internal departments and customers.
- Translate legal documents between Thai and English.
- Review and revise translations of legal documents provided by internal departments or customers.
- Provide legal advice on issues raised by internal departments and customers.
- Suggest practical actions and solutions to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Ensure all products and processes adhere to FDA regulations and standards for safety, quality, and labeling.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents, including applications, reports, and registrations, to obtain FDA approvals or clearances.
- Review and approve product labels, packaging materials, and promotional materials for compliance with FDA regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents related to the registration process for new and renewed import licenses, Certificates of Manufacturer, GMP/HACCP, product specifications, instructions for use, notices, and declaration letters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or executive management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a legal role, or fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and review.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Experience in a corporate legal department or as a lawyer at an international law firm is preferred.
- Experience with Thai FDA registration procedures, food quality, and food safety management systems is a plus.
