QA Process Leader - บริษัท พงศ์ศิลป์พลาสติก จำกัด

1. Plan, control, and monitor process quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with quality control standards.

2. Analyze process quality trends (Process Trend Analysis) to identify issues and improvement opportunities.

3. Develop and review Quality Plans / Control Plans in alignment with product specifications and requirements.

4. Control and monitor Process Validation / Verification according to defined procedures.

5. Control and monitor production environment controls (GMP / Sanitation / Pest Control).

6. Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions related to process quality issues and follow up with relevant functions.

7. Prepare process quality analysis reports and summarize results for submission for management review.

8. Assign tasks, supervise, and monitor the performance of team members under responsibility.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Printing & Packaging Technology, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in Process Quality Assurance (QA Process).

3. Knowledge of Process Control, Quality Plan, and GMP.

4. Experience in Process Validation / Verification.

5. Strong ability to analyze quality data and use data analysis tools effectively.

6. Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

7. Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.

8. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

9. Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
