QA System Officer - บริษัท พงศ์ศิลป์พลาสติก จำกัด

1. Document Control : including registration, revision, distribution, and ensuring documents are up to date.

2. Check document completeness and accuracy to comply with required formats and standards.

3. Audit Support : Prepare and organize documents for internal - external audit including supplier and customer audits.

4. Collect and track CAR/NC status and follow up on corrective and preventive actions with relevant teams

5. Support quality system processes and coordinate cross-functional tasks as assigned.

6. Maintain supplier quality data and prepare summaries or reports for supervisor review.

1. Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or related fields.

2. Experience in Document Control or QA System is an advantage.

3. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, BRCGS, GHP, or HACCP.

4. Ability to organize and manage documents systematically with attention to detail.

5. Good coordination and administrative skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software.

7. Basic to intermediate English proficiency, able to read and understand quality system documents.

8. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within required timelines.
