Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote plastic products to industrial clients (B2B).
2. Provide technical consultation regarding material properties, molding processes, and product applications to customers.
3. Identify customer requirements and collaborate with Production and R&D teams for new project development (NPI).
4. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure successful closing of sales to meet targets.
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the plastics industry to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Polymer) or Science (Chemistry, Material Science) or a related field.
2. Minimum [0-3] years of experience in industrial sales (Experience in the plastics industry is highly preferred).
3. Solid understanding of plastic manufacturing processes [e.g., Injection, Blow Molding, Extrusion].
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in English [Fair to Good level].
6. Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to industrial zones.
7. Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
