Production Engineer (Team Leader) / ทำงานเป็นกะ (หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์) - บริษัท เอ็นจีเค เซรามิคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Receive and execute production plans to achieve department KPIs (daily and weekly).
• Delegate tasks and control manpower/operators to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Make initial on-site quality decisions and report any issues affecting the process to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Supervise and ensure subordinates follow standards and procedures, and train new employees on safety and operational processes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, good communication, strong coordination, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of machinery and robotics used in the production line.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly machine and production reports to the superior.
• Monitor and report employees’ performance and working hours to the superior.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and safety standards.

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor of Engineering, Majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other related fields
• At least 2 years' experience in overseeing and managing production operations. (Experience in leading role would be advantage.)
• Willing and able to work in a shift system, with scheduled days off on weekends and public holidays. (หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และนักขัตฤกษ์)
• Proficient in analyzing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Especially PowerPoint)
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 450+)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Japanese company culture is a plus.
