Responsibilities
Perform maintenance of production machines, manufacturing equipment, and utility systems.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and periodic maintenance programs.
Create and maintain maintenance-related documentation and records.
Investigate equipment breakdowns, prepare troubleshooting reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support autonomous maintenance activities and continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.
Supervise and monitor contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with safety requirements, work schedules, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Factory Act, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and productivity.
Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field)
At least 4 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with production equipment, utility systems, and facility maintenance
Skill on PLC, Automation Machine, and Robotics
Good command of English is an advantage
Willing to work in a shift rotation follow the company calendar (หยุด 2 วันต่อสัปดาห์ อาจจะไม่ตรงกับเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และนักขัตฤกษ์)
