Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs through job analysis, competency gaps, career development plans, and discussions with managers.
- Design and develop training programs to support organizational and employee development needs.
- Coordinate and manage training activities, including internal, external, and online training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and follow-up with employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory and legal training requirements.
- Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvement actions.
- Review and update training programs to align with business and organizational changes.
- Support managers in identifying and addressing employee development needs.
- Maintain training records, reports, and training-related documentation.
- Keep up to date with learning and development trends, including digital learning and e-learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or HRD functions.
- Demonstrate of good knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency development, and training evaluation.
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms is an advantage.
