Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners and senior management.
- Negotiate business agreements, sales targets, and commercial terms with dealers.
- Drive sales performance and profitability across the dealer network.
- Identify opportunities to expand market coverage and recruit new dealers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, After-Sales Service, and other departments to support business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, dealer meetings, and business functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- Age 38-45 years old.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, dealer management, or business development.
- Proven track record in dealer network management and achieving sales growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Thai.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Thailand and internationally when required.
- Knowledge of the motorcycle, automotive, or related industries is a plus.
