Responsibilities

To play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.
To liaise with customers on incoming queries & online requirement from Customer.
To liaise with intergroup companies.
To handle claims received from customer.
To process import-export operations and criteria on materials
To issued Invoice, coordinate with warehouse, Sales & Customer.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
At least 2 Years of experience about Customer Service & Import Export.
A passion for Social Networking. Internet player who have clearly understanding on advertising/marketing communication/social media concept.
Ability to work as an integrated part of the team, managing issues as they arise and fostering enthusiasm across the company.
Great communication skills with well-organized & structured.
Handle multiple tasks, switch priorities and focus as needed.
Good command of Thai and English
Have skill in Communicate and negotiate.
Have a service mind.

The Thailand sales office of Optibelt Power Transmission was opened in 2010. The logistics centre of Optibelt Power Transmission (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (OTHA) was established in 2014. Contained within a new warehouse and office facility in the Bangkok Thailand.

The new 13000 ft2 warehouse allows OTHA to meet the growing needs of our customer base throughout Thailand.
