Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Assist the Facility Manager in overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all Data Center infrastructure and services. Support the implementation of maintenance programs and coordination with technicians and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Facility Manager in planning and managing daily operations for Data Centers.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with the technician team.
- Monitor facility performance, identify potential risks, and report findings to the Facility Manager.
- Assist in vendor management, safety audits, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain updated records of maintenance schedules, equipment logs, and incident reports.
- Support in preparing operational reports and performance summaries for clients.
- Provide on-site supervision in the absence of the Facility Manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility operations, preferably in Data Center or mission-critical facilities.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluent spoken and written both Thai and English
