Responsibilities

• Review and verify Electrical & Mechanical drawings including SLD

• Design and develop:

- Electrical systems (Power, Lighting, Grounding)

- Mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing)

• Perform engineering calculations (Load, Cable sizing, Cooling load, Pipe sizing, etc.)

• Prepare equipment schedules and technical specifications

• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with construction teams

• Manage RFI, MOP, and As-built drawings

• Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA)

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants

• Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C)

• Identify and resolve design issues during project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design

• Strong knowledge in Electrical systems and/or HVAC / FP / Plumbing

• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit, ETAP, Dialux, HAP is a plus)

• Experience in Data Center or mission-critical projects is an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills

• Good communication skills in Thai & English
