Responsibilities
- Manage the technical setup, calibration, and maintenance of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), load boards, and fixtures. Perform in-depth circuit analysis at the component level using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers to diagnose and repair complex hardware failures for NPI and mass production.
- Monitor production trends to improve yield and cycle time using Statistical Process Control (SPC). Develop Excel Macros (VBA) and automation scripts to streamline data processing and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on defective units (NG) to implement permanent technical solutions.
- Standardize test procedures and protocols in alignment with automotive quality requirements (IATF 16949). Partner with design and quality teams to evaluate "Design for Testability" (DFT) and ensure consistent test correlation across multiple equipment platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 – 3 years of experience in test engineering or electronics manufacturing (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong skills in circuit analysis and hardware troubleshooting using Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, specifically in developing Macros and VBA scripts for automation.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 600+ preferred) for technical reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in semiconductor testing or electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and ESD control.
- Familiarity with statistical tools like JMP or Minitab.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment (full suit required).
- Ability to support on-call duties based on the production schedule.
