Responsibilities
- Design & deliver technical training programs — from e-learning and workshops to hands-on labs and documentation.
- Translate complex mechanical/electronics concepts into clear, practical, and inspiring content.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders and production leader to identify skill gaps and align training with emerging technologies and business goals.
- Coach & mentor engineers & technician, supporting their career growth and on-the-job performance.
- Measure impact by defining metrics, analyzing feedback, and continuously improving the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Education, Technical Education, or Engineering Education (Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronic specialization) or Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering with demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or knowledge transfer roles.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical training or fresh graduates with a proven passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing.
- Strong foundation in electronics engineering principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to explain complex topics with clarity and energy.
- Naturally motivated to coach, mentor, and help others grow.
- Organized and able to manage multiple training projects in parallel.
- Functional English proficiency — able to read technical documents, write reports, and communicate ; TOEIC score of 550 or above is advantageous but not required for application
- Basic data skills for training analytics — Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.
