Responsibilities
Sony Device Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a captive semiconductor manufacturer producing automotive-grade CMOS image sensors under the Sony group, located at Bang Kadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani.
We operate in a high-precision, quality-first environment, our TCD team sits at the center of that investment: managing learning programs, building compliance infrastructure, and developing the capabilities of over 1,500 employees across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Training Operations
- Manage end-to-end training logistics: scheduling, venue setup, equipment, and attendance tracking
- Facilitate newcomer orientation and onboarding programs across all employee levels
- Administer the LMS platform — maintain content currency and accessibility
- Serve as internal facilitator for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Analysis & Evaluation
- Execute data-driven Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads and section chiefs
- Design and administer post-training evaluations; consolidate effectiveness data for continuous improvement
- Maintain training records in a format suitable for internal audit and management review
Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare and submit training documentation to the Department of Skill Development (DSD) — zero missed deadlines
- Manage document control for Safety and Environmental training under ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Prepare monthly training budget reports and track expenditure against approved plan
Content Development
- Develop and maintain training materials: presentations, handouts, structured reference guides
- Refresh content to reflect process changes, new standards, or regulatory updates
- (Preferred) Design visually engaging materials using Canva or equivalent tools
- (Preferred) Produce short instructional videos using CapCut or similar platforms
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Understanding of the Skill Development Promotion Act and DSD reporting workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint — sufficient to design materials and facilitate sessions
- Strong coordination skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
- High attention to detail in record-keeping and deadline management
Experience
- 1–2 years in HRD, Training, or HR Generalist roles preferred
- Exceptional fresh graduates with a strong HRD internship record and demonstrated facilitation capability are encouraged to apply
