Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Develop and implement financial control measures to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis to understand differences between budgeted and actual performance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to guide strategic planning.
- Evaluate and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic knowledge of finance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
- A TOEIC score of 500+ is a plus.
