Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QMS documentation for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, interpreting complex standards such as VDA 6.3 to provide actionable advice to engineering teams.
- Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits, including scheduling, checklist creation, briefing senior management auditors, and facilitating the audit process.
- Issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and collaborate with departments to ensure effective, timely solutions are implemented and verified.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and review quality documents, assisting engineers with QMS requirements and the review of core quality documents, including FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control Plans.
- Coordinate with employees at all levels, bridging operational staff and senior management to ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- 0-1 year of professional experience; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility for documentation integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- TOEIC score of 600 or higher, demonstrating functional English proficiency for interpreting international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and producing structured documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or VDA 6.3 standards is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to secure cooperation from stakeholders at all levels, is a plus.
- Ability to transform complex regulatory requirements into easy-to-understand procedures is a plus.
