Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is a key role within the organization and will be responsible for the onboarding and project delivery for all our new and existing customers. The role will see the customers’ needs being discussed through SDM’s facilitation with customer and internal and/ or external parties to ensure that the customer’s Scope of Work (SOW) are being met and that any deltas in understanding being corrected through well formulated communications between all parties involved. This role will also ensure that all documentation is well established ahead, during and before the handover of the delivered projects to the operations team.
We are looking for someone with an excellent track record in project and stakeholder managements, with good communication abilities and someone who would be meticulous in tracking progress, resolving conflicts, and providing their experiences gained through multiple years of service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to ensure the services are seamlessly delivered and committed KPIs are met.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and that they meet and exceeds customer’s scope of work.
  • Take ownership of any incident, establish communication channel with various resolution parties and coordinating with impacted application owners to ensure impact caused by the incident is minimum.
  • Track the service delivery performance of team and establish a plan to meet customer expectations, and plan for new customer demands/ KPIs.
  • Prepare and publish service delivery report to customer giving timely information on delivery schedule, incidents, completed tasks, milestones, and upcoming action plans, etc.
  • Come up with improvement plan and actionize it to have continuous improvement on service delivery offering.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Build strong relationship with teams and stakeholders of internal and external team, vendor team.
  • Provide all necessary information acquired during the delivery phase of the customer’s project to allow for effective knowledge transfer and handover to the operations team once project is completed.

  • Degree holder in information technology or equivalent
  • 5-7 years customer service experience with knowledge of project management practices and customer service principles
  • Related experience in datacenter highly desirable
  • Good understanding of relevant processes and practices (incident management, change management, request fulfilment, problem management etc.)
  • Ability to perform on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Communication skills (both spoken and written) that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Independent, attention to details and self-motivated to learn with an aim of continuous self-improvements.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai and ability to speak Mandarin highly advantageous.
