Operations Engineer (ECC Operator)
Responsible for operating and managing Data Center facilities, equipment, and cabling, handling customer requests and incidents, and coordinating with teams to maintain systems. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, shift availability, and proficiency in English.

- Operate and manage facilities systems, equipment, and cabling within the Data Center.
- Respond to and manage customer requests and complaints, track incident progress, and provide updates to customers, partners, or vendors.
- Coordinate and collaborate with relevant teams in planning, designing, and maintaining Data Center facilities systems.
- Understand system diagrams, summarize Data Center system issues, and report statistics in compliance with ISO standards

- ดำเนินงานประจำวันในศูนย์ข้อมูล (Data Center) ควบคุมการเข้าถึงตามกฎที่กำหนดไว้ล่วงหน้า และดูแลความสะอาดทั่วไปของศูนย์ข้อมูล
- ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนเพื่อบริหารจัดการและตรวจสอบสถานะของระบบต่าง ๆ เช่น ไฟฟ้า, CRAC, ระบบดับเพลิง ฯลฯ
- ตรวจสอบสถานะของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก/เครือข่าย/เซิร์ฟเวอร์ และดำเนินการแก้ไขเมื่อได้รับสัญญาณเตือนข้อผิดพลาดจากเครื่องมือการตรวจสอบ พร้อมทั้งแก้ไขปัญหาและสร้างหรืออัปเดตบันทึกปัญหาตามความจำเป็น
- ตอบสนองต่อการแจ้งเตือนของระบบและดำเนินงานประจำวันด้วยความถูกต้องและสม่ำเสมอ
- จัดเตรียมและอัปเดตเอกสารเพื่อบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลงของฮาร์ดแวร์/ซอฟต์แวร์, การกำหนดค่า และทรัพยากรอื่น ๆ
- ตั้งค่าราวเตอร์ (Router), สวิตช์ (Switch), เซิร์ฟเวอร์ และอุปกรณ์สนับสนุนอื่น ๆ ตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐาน หรือปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของวิศวกรเครือข่าย/เซิร์ฟเวอร์
- ตรวจสอบบันทึกสถานะของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกประจำวัน และนำทีม ECC (Enterprise Command Centre) เพื่อดำเนินงานประจำวันให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์
- จัดเตรียมและอัปเดตเอกสารให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน ISO และ PCI
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Able to work shifts (24/7).
- Experience in the Data Center industry is a plus.
- Residency in Pathum Thani province or nearby areas is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
