Responsibilities

Execute accurate costing processes within the department.
Select and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
Organize and plan resources for projects and production.
Monitor and control production progress.
Ensure workmanship standards meet customer requirements.
Provide training to personnel to ensure relevant skills and knowledge.
Review and approve procedures and work instructions to improve operational methods.
Participate in design reviews as required.
Ensure projects are completed and delivered on schedule.
Manage department P&L, leveraging costing and negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the events, conferences, exhibitions, and interior design industries.
Strong technical and construction knowledge with proven problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with a focus on effective scheduling.
Cost-sensitive and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
Willingness and ability to travel for overseas projects.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
