·         To execute accurate costing process within department

·         To be responsible for the selection and evaluation of the suppliers and sub-contractors

·         To organize and plan resources for projects and production

·         To monitor and control the production progress

·         To ensure the standard of workmanship meets the customer requirements

·         To provide training to all personnel and ensure that they have the relevant skills and knowledge

·         To review and approve procedures and work instructions to improve methods of operations

·         To participate in design review as and when required

·         To ensure projects completed and delivered in timely manner as per agreed schedule

·         To manage department P & L with good understanding of costing and negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors

·       5 years or above experience in events, conferences, exhibitions and interior industries

·       Strong technical and construction knowledge and problem solving orientated

·       Organized and scheduled orientated

·       Cost sensitive and meticulous

·       Ability to interact and work in a fast paced and demanding environment

·       Able to travel for overseas projects

·       Fluent and well-versed in written and spoken English

·       Computer skill: excel, words, power points, sketch up, AUTOCAD or others

·       Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Operation Executive
