Planning Specialist (Battery Division) - BYD AUTO COMPONENTS (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

Job Summary:

Responsible for production planning, scheduling, and material coordination for the Cell segment of polymer battery manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate production demand and prepare production schedules for CELL polymer battery cells in Thailand.
• Organize weekly material review meetings to assess material readiness and align with battery cell production schedules.
• Monitor production line changeovers and coordinate between processes to address issues affecting delivery.
• Summarize and update CELL production output data and plan completion rate reports.
• Issue and track work orders for electrode sheets, electrode cores, and battery cells, and handle related anomalies.
• Monitor production process progress and evaluate compatibility between product models and production line equipment; coordinate fixture preparation with relevant departments.
• Coordinate electrode sheet progress and align with the winding production plan.
• Develop and manage schedules for electrode material transfers and semi-finished product deliveries to the PACK plant.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or other office software; strong data analysis and statistical ability.
• Basic English communication skills for daily workplace use.
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination is an advantage.
