Serve as the senior finance executive for the Thai business unit, setting strategic direction across accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), tax, and treasury

Own the financial governance framework, ensuring integrity of financial statements and full compliance with TFRS and IFRS where applicable

Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and strategic value of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to executive leadership and regional/global HQ

Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, long-range forecasting, and strategic planning, partnering directly with the CEO/Country Manager on business strategy

Oversee treasury strategy, capital allocation, banking relationships, and liquidity/risk management to safeguard financial stability and support growth

Act as a key member of the country leadership team, advising on M&A, investment decisions, pricing, and commercial performance

Represent Thailand finance in regional and global finance forums, driving consolidation, standardization, and best-practice alignment across markets

Serve as the executive point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, regulators, and financial institutions in Thailand

Anticipate and shape organizational response to regulatory and tax policy changes, ensuring proactive risk mitigation

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance organization; develop succession pipeline and finance talent strategy

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior/executive roles with multinational or regional P&L exposure

Expert command of Thai tax law, TFRS/IFRS, and cross-border financial compliance

Demonstrated success leading finance transformation, M&A finance integration, and large-scale audit/compliance programs

Advanced proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools

Fluent business communication in Thai and English; comfortable presenting to boards/executive committees

Executive-level strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen

Strong track record building and leading high-performing finance teams across multiple functions

Exceptional integrity, discretion, and executive presence
