Responsibilities
- Review and draft various legal contracts and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice to internal departments on contractual terms and conditions
- Research and analyze legal issues relevant to the company's business operations
- Coordinate with external parties such as law firms or government agencies
- Organize and manage the company's legal documents systematically
- Support legal compliance efforts with applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- 1-3 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on contract law
- Good understanding of civil and commercial law, as well as relevant business regulations
- Strong analytical and legal interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai
- Proficiency in English for business communication
- A valid lawyer's license is a plus.
