Job Responsibilities: Outbound

• Design and manage outbound tour programs, ensuring itineraries are modern and suitable for different seasons and special events
• Plan travel itineraries and develop competitive pricing for international destinations
• Coordinate and communicate with international tour operators and land suppliers
• Arrange and manage travel documentation and services, including flights, accommodations, attractions, restaurants, visas, passports, and golf bookings
• Coordinate ticket reservations with overseas land operators
• Prepare quotations and confirm service costs
• Request, negotiate, and maintain contract rates and promotions with hotels and golf courses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and land operators
• Prepare booking confirmation documents and official correspondence after confirmation
• Support sales inquiries from agents and clients
• Manage and update Line OA for customer communication
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Gender open; positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Age 25–35 years
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in outbound or international tour operations
• Proven experience in pricing international tour programs
• Experience handling VIP clients is a strong advantage
• Skilled in preparing travel documents and bookings
• Proficient in communicating with international partners
• English proficiency required; Chinese or Korean is a plus
• Golf-related knowledge or experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
