We are looking for an In-House Ads Optimization Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across our beauty, wellness, spa, and lifestyle bransds. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Advertising Management
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, YouTube and other digital paltforms both in Thailand and Global
• Monitor ad performance daily and adjust campaigns for maximum efficiency
• Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing and budget optimization
• Scale high-performing campaigns and reduce underperforming ad spend
• Develop strategies focused on lead generation, booking and revenue growth
• Generate qualified leads and increase appointment bookings
• Coordinate with sales/admin teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Track cost per lead (CPL), cost per booking and ROAS
• Understand customer acquisition strategies for clinic, aesthetics, wellness and spa services
• Work closely with head of marketing and sale team
• Analyze creative performance and indentify winning ad concepts, hooks and CTAs
• Stay updated on social media trends and competitor strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, Conversion rate and ROAS
• Provide optimizationj recommendations and marketingj insights
• Monitor campaign revenue and customer acquisition performance

The Glam Style - Nails, Spa, Massage and Lashes

The Glam Wellness & Spa - Wellness programs, spa packages, memberships and longevity club

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Minimum experience in digital advertising, performance marketing or lead generation
• Experience in clinic, beauty, aesthetics, wellness or spa industry in highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of beauty, wellness, luxury or lifestyle industries
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English commumication skills (spoken annd written) are required
