Responsibilities
- Clearly define client requirements and agree on commercial terms, including billing party details, prior to engagement.
- Conduct initial site assessments, provide plans and advice to clients, and identify opportunities for additional services such as decontamination or mechanical/electrical repair work.
- Prepare and submit quotations for loss mitigation work and further inspections of damaged areas, aiming to provide a turn-key solution.
- Ensure the Property Solutions Thailand (PST) brand presentation, including all personnel and subcontracted labor, is maintained at the highest levels.
- Actively participate in securing reconstruction contracts by liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing, and maintain ongoing communication with clients from incident to reinstatement.
- Prepare and deliver quotations and presentations to clients, ensuring commercially viable solutions and service quality meet PST standards in both sales and delivery.
- Undertake comprehensive project planning to define scope, time, cost, resources, communication, quality, procurement, integration, and safety prior to project commencement.
- Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and timelines to meet gross margin expectations and ensure adherence to PST and client quality requirements.
- Implement progress monitoring techniques for all subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring professional project execution according to company standards and procedures.
- Manage project finalization procedures in a timely manner, including updating paperwork, completing project files, initiating invoicing, and managing collection.
- Record requisite information during project execution to produce project case studies.
- Attend project sites to address and resolve problems or complexities.
- Prepare and conduct Construction Management Team meetings as necessary.
- Participate in the selection of new subcontractors and the annual review of existing subcontractors.
- Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably Senior Professional Engineer
- Completion of formal Project Management training
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Experience with sales exposure or direct sales experience
- Proven experience in estimation and cost management for projects
- Knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems
- Strong people management skills
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and time management skills
