• Safety Management

            - Role model to his co-workers by complying with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations as they pertain to safety

            - Attends regular briefings on safety with the work force

            - Knows the company’s safety goals and expectations

            - Provides a safe work place

            - Communicates to the safety officer any observed conditions that could have an impact on safety

• Process Control

            - Establishes parameters for proper operation of the production processes within the plant

            - Evaluates the operation of the production processes within the plant

            - Observes overall system operation, make analysis and take actions that reflect true solutions to problems as opposed to solutions that treat the symptoms

            - Performs calculations to analyse and evaluate operation of equipment and systems

            - Performs measurements of process flows, temperatures, pressures, etc.

• Production Functions

            - Daily contacts with all activities before the operations (stone) and after the operation (expeditions)

            - Manages Production department

            - Runs the Kiln Stone Line activities

            - Runs Kiln and Milling processes

            - Daily contacts with Maintenance

            - Daily contacts with Laboratory

            - Daily contacts with sales department

            - Subcontractors contacts

            - Fuel supplies management

• Quality

            - Ensures quality of product during process

            - Ensures compliance to ISO quality system

            - Develops and proposes to the Production Manager corrective action plans for prevention of future customer complaints

• Operational Management

• Documentation

        - Gathers, organizes and updates all technical documentation related to the process and control equipment (service manuals, parts manuals, blue prints, etc.)

        - Accesses database, retrieving and interpreting the data to improve his process management decision, provide information to management and build knowledge base

• Environment/Workplace

        - Organizes cleanliness and housekeeping of the workplace

        - Prepares environmental reports based on process data

• Performance Measurements

        - Installs Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for plant processes

        - Daily monitors the KPI paying particular attention to trends and searching for improvement opportunities

        - Provides timely and useful reports to Production manager to spot both positive and negative trends

        - Provides daily “process targets parameters” follow-up

• Continuous Improvement Process

        - Develops the daily Production Plan in collaboration with Sales forecast

        - Routinely monitors Key Performance Indicator

        - Conducts the Daily Continuous Improvement Meeting to identify daily barriers

        - Assigns individuals to develop and monitor Action Plans to overcome the barriers identified during this meeting

        - Provides input during the Continuous Improvement Weekly Meeting chaired by the Plant Manager

        - Champions the development and monitoring of changes to or improvements to existing processes process

• Maintenance in the Investment Stage

        - Leads maintenance and production management in determining the need and justification for process enhancing equipment

• Human Resources

        - Assists management in developing training programs for operating personnel

        - Identifies training needs of operating personnel

        - Provides training for operating personnel

        - Participates actively in the recruitment of new personnel

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Industry Engineer
• At least 3-5 years of experience in production
• Must have a good command in English (Communication Level)
• Has computer skills
• Possesses skills for statistical data analysis and data-based planning, development, and improvement of production strategy
• Able to drive cars as well (drivers license)
• Able to work in Lopburi Saraburi province
