Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee production operations for both the quarry and GCC plant to ensure efficiency
- Manage production resources, including machinery, personnel, and raw materials effectively
- Monitor and control the quality of GCC products to meet established standards
- Plan and supervise the maintenance of machinery and equipment in the quarry and plant areas
- Analyze and improve production processes to enhance output and reduce costs
- Coordinate with relevant departments, such as sales and procurement, to align production with demand
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental standards
- Prepare monthly production and operational performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in production management within the quarrying or mineral processing industry
- Strong understanding of Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC) production processes
- Proficiency in production planning, resource management, and quality control
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a production team
- Understanding of workplace safety principles and environmental regulations
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Golden Lime Public Company Limited was established on 2 October 2003, on 2 April 2014, the Company has listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) with current registered and paid-up capital of THB 300 million.
The company produces and sells lime, Calcium Carbonate as well as sales and installation of machine and equipment for lime production.
1) Lime (i.e., Calcium Oxide (CaO) and Calcium Hydroxide) and 2) Calcium Carbonate. Lime is widely used in the production process of various industries. The company supplies lime and Calcium Carbonate for both domestic and oversea customers.
The company has 4 factory located in Lopburi province and Saraburi Province. We have nine kilns for burnt lime production operating 24 hours a day with a production capacity of 492,000 tons/full capacity per annum quicklime), our Kilns are automatically control by modern computerized systems and closely monitored by experienced and skilled staff.
