Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
1 วางแผนการผลิต ตรวจสอบ Order Stock สินค้า และ Stock ปัจจัยการผลิต
2 จัดทำแผนการผลิตและขอซื้อวัตถุดิบหรือปัจจัยการผลิตอื่นๆ รวมถึงตรวจสอบและอนุมัติเบิกปัจจัยการผลิต
3 ควบคุมการผลิตด้วยการมอบหมายงานตามแผนการผลิต รวมถึงควบคุมการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมของปัจจัยการผลิตในทุกด้าน
4 ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตตามขั้นตอนที่รับผิดชอบ
5 ควบคุมสุขลักษณะและการทำความสะอาด
6 ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย สอดคล้องตามกฎหมายและตามข้อกำหนด RSPO
7 ควบคุมการปนเปื้อนในกระบวนการผลิต
8 ควบคุมประสิทธิภาพการผลิต เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายคุณภาพ รวมถึงอบรมพนักงานเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะที่เกี่ยวข้อง
9 ควบคุมการนำระบบคุณภาพไปใช้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
10 ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
Qualifications :
1 ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาตร์และเทคโนโลยีอาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2 มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านการผลิตอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
3 มีความรู้ในการบริหารงานภายใต้ระบบคุณภาพ GHPs, HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, HALAL, BSCI, GFCP, ALLERGEN LIST, FOOD DEFENCE, RSPO
4 มีภาวะผู้นำ มีความสามารถในการป้องกันและแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
5 ตัดสินใจภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
6 มีความรู้ในกระบวนการผลิตสินค้าอาหารกระป๋องเป็นอย่างดี
