Responsibilities
Job Description
- Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities for bridge construction projects.
- Establish, implement, and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor site safety performance, conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Develop safety plans, emergency response procedures, and environmental protection measures.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams to ensure safe project execution.
- Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with international HSE standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE management experience in road, bridge, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Experience in at least one bridge construction project.
- Familiar with international safety standards, HSE management systems, and construction safety regulations.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, work-at-height safety, lifting operations, and construction site safety management.
- Good command of English in communication, reading, and writing.
- Thai nationality preferred, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Thai.
- Ability to communicate in basic Chinese is an advantage.
- Relevant HSE or safety professional certifications are preferred.
