Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for civil and structural works.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and cost requirements.
- Prepare cost breakdowns and Variation Orders (VO), and monitor project costs against budget.
- Evaluate quantities and quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate effectively with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and other project teams.
- Develop cost reports and provide support for tender and bidding activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), Estimation, or Cost Control within the construction industry.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills in English for work purposes.
- Willingness to work on-site in Songkhla or Koh Lanta, Krabi.
- Candidates based in Southern Thailand or nearby areas will be given special consideration.
- Experience with road, bridge, railway/mass transit, or high-speed rail projects is a plus.
- AutoCAD skills are a plus.
