Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection installations.
- Coordinate and monitor MEP works to prevent clashes with structural or architectural components.
- Conduct quality inspections of workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local building regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams, covering manpower allocation, daily supervision, and progress tracking against project schedules.
- Support system testing, pressure testing, commissioning activities, and project handover documentation.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, ensuring all site activities are conducted safely.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-8+ years of site experience in construction, building services, MEP projects, or facility management.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities on site.
- Basic understanding of digital construction tools and BIM is a plus.
