Responsibilities
- Participate in on-site construction management, coordinating schedule, quality, and safety control.
- Assist in the review of drawings, technical documents, and construction records.
- Coordinate effectively among various disciplines (civil, MEP, finishing) and communicate with contractors.
- Collaborate with the Chinese Project Manager to follow up on daily site tasks and report progress.
- Engage in site inspections, measurements, and quantity verification.
- Develop skills and knowledge to advance into future Project Engineer or Site Engineer roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese project managers; basic English proficiency is acceptable.
- Willingness to work on construction sites.
- Strong learning ability.
- Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
