Project Architect - English or Chinese Speaking - บริษัท ซีเอชอีซี (ไทย) จำกัด

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Supervisor to oversee architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring design compliance, quality standards, and project timelines are met. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the design team and site operations, managing design implementation and supervising technical staff.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during planning and construction phases.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.

• Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance or modifications where necessary.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans.

• Identify and resolve design-related issues that may arise during construction.

• Ensure timely communication and reporting of project updates to the senior architect or project manager.

• Lead and mentor junior architectural staff and drafters.

• Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning and scheduling.

• Assist in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.

• Professional license (if required in region) is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural or a related role.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and materials.

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with sustainable design or green building practices.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

• Knowledge of local building regulations and permitting processes.
