Project Architect - English or Chinese Speaking - บริษัท ซีเอชอีซี (ไทย) จำกัด

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Architect (1–5 years experience) to support architectural design and construction work. This role will assist in design development, drawing production, and coordination with the team and consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly at all stages, with a strong focus on the construction phase. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing concept designs and presentation materials  
- Assist the team and work together to achieve project goals  
- Prepare architectural deliverables, including:  
        - 2D drawings, 3D models, and basic BIM models  
        - Construction drawings and shop drawings  
        - Documents for authority submission and approvals  
- Review drawings and help clarify details, including RFI (Request for Information) and RFA (Request for Approval). 
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, consistent, and meet project standards  
- Coordinate with internal team, consultants (Structure, MEP), and site team  
- Occasionally attend site to support coordination and check design implementation 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in architectural design or a related field  
• Working knowledge of building codes and construction processes  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/BIM, Rhinoceros, or other 3D tools  
• Proficiency in MS Office and Photoshop  
• Ability to read and prepare architectural drawings  
• Ability to communicate in English  
• Good communication and coordination skills 

Preferred Skills:


• Experience with sustainable design or green building practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of local building regulations and permitting processes.
