Mep Coordinator - English or Chinese speaking - บริษัท ซีเอชอีซี (ไทย) จำกัด

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Coordinator to manage and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee MEP design, execution, and integration with civil and architectural works, ensuring compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and timelines.

• Coordinate the MEP design and execution with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors.

• Review and validate MEP drawings, technical submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documents.

• Supervise and monitor MEP installations, testing, and commissioning at the project site.

• Ensure MEP works align with project schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.

• Resolve MEP-related technical issues and interface conflicts at the site.

• Participate in regular project coordination meetings and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.

• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with MEP codes, safety regulations, and standards.

• Liaise with utility providers and regulatory authorities for approvals and connections.

• Track progress and prepare reports on MEP works status and performance.

• 5+ years of experience in MEP coordination within the construction industry.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

• Familiarity with relevant standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, etc.).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus.

• Based on-site with occasional visits to the office or consultant meetings.

• Exposure to construction environments and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
