Surveying Engineer - English or Chinese Speaking - บริษัท ซีเอชอีซี (ไทย) จำกัด

1. Required: 5+ years of on-site measurement experience, capable of independently handling on-site measurement inspections, acceptance documentation preparation and submission, and daily inspections for similar projects, ensuring accurate and compliant measurement data. 

2. Required: Familiar with Thai local measurement standards (BE, MEA/PEA, etc.) and international measurement standards (ISO, GPS/RTK, etc.), adaptable to data center measurement accuracy requirements. Proficient in using various measuring instruments. 

3. Bonus Points: Excellent communication skills, able to efficiently coordinate with all project stakeholders; experience in measuring equipment debugging, procurement, and related document preparation. 

4. Bonus Points: Familiar with data center server room positioning, pipeline/equipment foundation measurement, and related fields; experience with well-known Thai consulting firms (MITR, Aurecon, etc.) or data center/industrial projects is preferred. Language Competencies: 

1. Required: Able to use English as a working language, proficient in technical communication and handling English documents. 

2. Bonus Points: Holders of English certificates and those with overseas study/foreign company/overseas work experience are preferred."
