MEP materail submission & method statement Engineer - English or Chinese Speaking - บริษัท ซีเอชอีซี (ไทย) จำกัด

"Professional Competencies: 

1. **Required:** Extensive experience in MEP material approval & MEP method statement approval. Ability to independently liaise with manufacturers, review product technical parameters, prepare material approval documents, and conduct related document control. 

2. **Required:** Familiarity with the principles, parameters, material requirements, and market prices of MEP equipment and materials. Extensive experience in factory inspections and on-site material acceptance. 

3. **Required:** Familiarity with Thai local MEP standards and procurement certifications (TISI, BE, EIT, MEPS,MEA/PEA Code, etc.) and common international MEP standards (Uptime Tier, IEC, TIA,ASHREA, NFPA, etc.). 

4. **Bonus:** Certificate of MEP Engineer (COE) Level I or above from the Institute of Engineers in Thailand. 

5. **Bonus:** Experience in MEP on-site installation and detailed design; familiarity with construction methods and the preparation of construction-related documents such as approvals and submissions. 

6. **Bonus:** Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems or fire protection electrical systems, with relevant work experience. Familiarity with fire protection water systems or HVAC low-voltage electrical control, with relevant work experience.

7. **Bonus:** Industrial project experience. 

8. **Bonus:** Experience liaising with Chinese/foreign electromechanical manufacturers. Other Abilities: 

1. Bonus Points: Holding a driver's license and being able to drive a small motor vehicle proficiently on the road."

2、5 years and above Working Experience；

3、 Prior experience in the data center industry is preferred. "

1.Proficient in English and can communicate fluently as a working language;  Bonus Points: IELTS, TOEFL, or other certifications; overseas study experience; experience working in a foreign company; overseas work experience.          

2.Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage and may substitute for moderate English.
