Responsibilities
1. วางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาด
* กำหนดแผนการตลาดประจำปี
* วิเคราะห์ตลาด คู่แข่ง และกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
* วางกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนผู้รับบริการและรายได้ของโรงพยาบาล
2. บริหารสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์
* ดูแลสื่อออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook, Website, Line OA, TikTok
* วางแผนการผลิตคอนเทนต์ประชาสัมพันธ์
* ควบคุมภาพลักษณ์และแบรนด์ของโรงพยาบาล
3. พัฒนาธุรกิจและสร้างเครือข่าย
* ประสานงานกับบริษัทคู่สัญญา ประกัน และองค์กรต่าง ๆ
* สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าองค์กร (Corporate Account)
* ขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่และรักษาฐานลูกค้าเดิม
4. บริหารทีมการตลาด
* กำกับ ดูแล และพัฒนาทีมงานการตลาด
* กำหนด KPI และติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน
* จัดประชุมและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บริหาร
5. จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด
* วางแผนกิจกรรมตรวจสุขภาพนอกสถานที่
* จัดงานสัมมนา กิจกรรม CSR และกิจกรรมชุมชน
* ส่งเสริมการขายแพ็กเกจสุขภาพและบริการต่าง ๆ
6. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและรายงานผล
* วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผู้รับบริการและยอดขาย
* ติดตามผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนด้านการตลาด (ROI)
* จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลและข้อเสนอแนะต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดโรงพยาบาลหรือธุรกิจบริการสุขภาพ 5-10 ปีขึ้นไป
มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษะการบริหารทีม
มีทักษะด้าน Digital Marketing และ Social Media
มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวางแผนกลยุทธ์

The hospital, along with a team of orthopedic surgeons, aims to improve the quality of life for people in the Eastern region and meet the health needs of the steadily growing elderly population.
The "Ease Orthopedic Hospital" project was developed to meet the needs of Eastern residents and tourists by offering quality, accessible medical services, covering everything from prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and health check-ups via the "Check Station" center. The hospital focuses on personalized care for the elderly with osteoarthritis, a high-growth population in the Eastern region, as well as those seeking bone and joint disease prevention, athletes seeking injury rehabilitation, regular exercisers, and working adults struggling with office syndrome. Using modern medical technology under the concept of "Integrated Care & Value-based Care" that emphasizes treatment results and efficiency in sustainable health care.
