Responsibilities
As a Project Sales Supervisor, you will represent as a company representative to focus on identifying new project leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project handover to execution teams. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and sales team.
● Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and business prospects in target markets
● Introduce and broaden our brand and products to target markets, and to gain more clients
● Approach prospective clients to offer products proposals for clients’ projects and activities
● Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and quotations
● Negotiate contracts to close deals with clients
● Achieve sales targets as planned through effective sales planning and execution
● Maintain strong relationships and deliver excellent customer services to clients
● Preparation and issue sales reports
● Coordinate with relevant departments (engineering, procurement, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
● Coordinate with sales team and keep updating reports to the Key Account Manager
● Performing any other tasks assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
● Good English communication skills
● 1–3 years of sales experience, project sales, B2B sales, or related industry
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Having good persuasion and negotiation skills
● Responsible, independent, and a good team player and able to work under pressure
● Own a car and hold a valid driving license (Vehicle depreciation 5,000 THB/month)
● Able to travel to assigned locations (company covers expenses 950 THB/day)
● Incentive/Commission according to the agreement
