About the Role
Audaxia Global is seeking an experienced and hands-on AI Transformation Project Lead to drive enterprise workflow automation, AI-enabled business process improvements, and web-based application initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for a practical project leader who can bridge business operations and technology teams, understand organizational workflows, translate requirements into functional solutions, coordinate with developers and software vendors, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and QSSHE teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Digital Transformation
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI, workflow automation, and digital solutions.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, and tools suitable for enterprise use.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, governance, security, and access-control requirements.
Business Process Analysis
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Map current workflows and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Design future-state workflows and automation processes.
Project Leadership
- Manage end-to-end implementation of workflow automation and web-based applications.
- Coordinate with internal users, software vendors, developers, and external consultants.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure successful user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
Application & System Implementation
- Supervise development and enhancement of enterprise applications.
- Review application logic, workflows, integrations, and user requirements.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
- Monitor application performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Support business intelligence initiatives using Power BI and related tools.
- Ensure data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Workflow Automation, ERP, HRIS, Enterprise Applications, IT Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience in system implementation, workflow automation, business application, or web application projects.
- Able to gather user requirements, analyze workflows, and prepare clear functional specifications.
- Able to work with business users, developers, software vendors, and technical teams.
- Good project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel / Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Basic understanding of AI tools or AI use cases for business process improvement, document handling, reporting, or workflow automation.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, user access rights, system testing, UAT, and deployment coordination.
- Knowledge of data reporting, dashboard preparation, KPI tracking, and data validation.
- Understanding of data privacy, access control, and confidential business information handling.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI, OpenAI API, OCR tools, or document automation would be an advantage.
