Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Bangkok-focused Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok pages with full creative control
- Film, edit, and post daily content including photos, Reels, Stories, and videos
- Post content on other brand pages as directed — timing and consistency are key
- Manage Shopify Thailand store — upload products, update prices, respond to customer enquiries
- Respond to Thai client DMs and comments and follow up on local leads to convert enquiries into sales
- Consistently generate new content ideas — creativity and initiative are expected every day
- Support the team with general office tasks when needed
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video content
- Basic video editing skills — CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
- Good eye for aesthetics — able to film and compose attractive content
- Thai-English bilingual — Thai for local clients, English for internal communication
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without daily direction
- Reliable, consistent, and energetic with a positive attitude
- Own a smartphone with a good camera
- Experience managing a Shopify store is a plus
- Experience with Meta Business Suite or content scheduling tools is a plus 😊
