1. Accounting and Financial Reporting Management
Establish and maintain accounting systems, charts of accounts, and financial processes in compliance with Thai accounting standards and the Group’s financial policies.
Oversee and review full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, cost accounting, payroll, customs-related accounting, and other finance functions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes and ensure all financial reports are issued before the 5th of each month, including Thai statutory reports, management reports for the China headquarters, and Group consolidation reports.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, vouchers, contracts, payment and receipt documents, and other finance-related documentation in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
2. Tax Compliance and Tax Management
Manage tax filing, payment, and compliance for all applicable Thai taxes, including VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT, social security contributions, stamp duty, and other relevant taxes.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual tax submissions are completed accurately and on time, with monthly filings finalized before the 15th of each month.
Maintain and manage BOI privileges and compliance, including application support, annual reporting, tax exemption accounting for machinery and raw materials, and coordination with customs and tax authorities during audits or inspections.
3. Treasury and Cross-border Fund Management
Oversee cash flow forecasting, fund planning, payment approvals, and financial risk controls to ensure the security and efficiency of daily operations.
Manage Thai bank accounts, banking facilities, foreign exchange transactions, and foreign exchange reporting requirements.
Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, bad debt management, guarantees, bills, and other treasury-related matters.
Ensure all cross-border fund flows comply with Thai foreign exchange regulations, as well as China’s ODI and foreign exchange control requirements.
4. Budgeting, Cost Control, and Business Analysis
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and KPI target planning to support strategic business decisions.
Manage cost accounting and gross profit analysis across products, projects, and customers, including standard cost management and variance analysis.
Prepare regular business and financial analysis reports covering revenue, costs, expenses, profitability, cash flow, KPI performance, and other key business indicators.
Drive expense control initiatives, ROI evaluations, and operational improvement recommendations, providing financial insights and decision-making support to management.
